Equipment
- Food Processor
- measuring cup
- measuring spoons
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cups large of basil leaves or plant of choice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or more to taste
- water to desired consistency
Instructions
- Blend garlic om food processor
- Add walnuts and blend for 5 seconds
- Add olive oil, basil and blend unti; s fine extured (but too pureed)
- Add salt to taste
Notes
- Use over roasted vegetables
- Zucchini Noodles
- Pasta
- Potatoes
- Use leftovers to create a pasta salad by adding vinegar.. I like to use brown rice vinegar.
