Fig Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 TBSP Whole Chia
- 1 cup cup coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 4 figs (dried or fresh)
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the chia seeds, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well, cover with a lid and soak in refridgerator for at least two hours overnight.
- Chop and lightly mash figs.
- In a small glass jar or bowl, start with a layer of chai pudding, then add fig mash, and finish with yogurt.
