Fig Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 6 TBSP Whole Chia
  • 1 cup cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 4 figs (dried or fresh)

Equipment

  • Measuring Cups
  • measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl combine the chia seeds, milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well, cover with a lid and soak in refridgerator for at least two hours overnight.
  3. Chop and lightly mash figs.
  4. In a small glass jar or bowl, start with a layer of chai pudding, then add fig mash, and finish with yogurt.
  5. ENJOY!
