Asian Sauce
I like using a Vitamix blender!
Equipment
- 1 Vitamix blender
- measuring spoons
- Measuring Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Olive oil (or Udos or flax oil) (optional to ass 2 tsp toasted sesame oil)
- 2/3 Cup Orange Juice
- 3 TBSP White miso
- 2 TBSP Tamari
- 2 inches Fresh Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 TBSP Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne
Instructions
- BLend all aboe indredients in a blender (Vitamix).
Notes
This sauce is good to put on steamed vegetables or raw vegetables. If you are going to put it on raw vegetables. You can cut up 1 cup broccoli, 1 diced red pepper, 1 cup shredded purple cabbage, 1 cup carrots shredded, 1 cup bean sprouts, and if you like some cilantro chopped. Marinate the veggies and the sauce for 1 hour for maximum yumminess.
