VITALITY SPRING SALAD
Ingredients
For Mix
- 4 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 4 tsp flax seeds
- 4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp dulse flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper
For Salad
- 4 carrots julienne or grated
- 1 beet julienne
- 1 fennel bulb sliced
- 2 cups cabbage red or green, sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup mung beans or lentil sprouts
- 1 avocado sliced, optional
- olive oil
Instructions
- Combine seed mixture in small bowl.
- Toss seed mixture with salad ingredients
- Top with 1 sliced avocado.
- Drizzle salad with olive oil.
