Strawberry Balsamic Dressing
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Store leftover dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to five days, and shake well before using.
