Pomegranate Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Chia Seed (white or black)
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- Pomegranate or fruit of your choice
- Crunch of your choice (granola, nuts, pretzels – feel free to experiment!)
- * The ratio of chia to milk can vary based on preference of consistency, as a general rule use 2 tablespoons chia seeds to ½ cup milk)
Instructions
- In a mason jar or sealed container first pour milk
- Then add chia seeds
- Mix well and wait 30ish minutes then remix
- Place in fridge overnight
