Heart Healthy Bean Dip
- 1 1/2 cups cooked black beans, drained
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Let hummus sit for 15 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy with veggies, crackers, or corn chips!
