CARROT SOUP

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Braggs
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients in blender or Vitamix.
  • Pour into bowl and enjoy!
