Black Bean Brownies
Dessert doesn't have to be unhealthy, try this vegan and gluten-free brownie recipe for a change of taste! Adopted from: Happy Herbivore
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 2 bananas
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oats
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Mist a non-stick 8×8 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a food processor, add beans and pulse 10-15 minutes
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the oats and chocolate chips, to the food processor.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick is cleanly removed.
