Beet Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 1 can chickpeas (15oz)
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor, blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
