Beet Hummus

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 beet
  • 1 can chickpeas (15oz)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to food processor, blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
