Mamas Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 6-9 dates soak, if hard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 avocado ripe
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder raw
  • 1/4 cup nut milk or water

Instructions
 

  • Blend dates in blender or food processor.
  • Add rest of ingredients to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve. Eat slowly and enjoy every bite.

Notes

For a salted mousse, add a pinch of sea salt before blending. Can also top with organic strawberries.
