ENERGY BITES
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hemp protein
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 9 soaked dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- shredded coconut
Instructions
- Grind almonds and flax seeds in coffee grinder or Vitamix.
- Add ingredients to small mixing bowl until well combined.
- Roll into small balls.
- Roll balls in coconut.
