Excursions (all included):
- Sorrento Historic City Center- Warren of narrow alleys filled with shops and eateries, and products typical of the area. Sorrento is known for sweeping water views and Piazza Tasso, a café lined square. Picture yourself relaxing and enjoying a gelato in a Piazza overlooking the Bay of Naples on the Sorrentine peninsula perched atop the cliffs.
- Forest Bathing/Hike in Punta Campanella- Overlooking the island of Capri. According to the Odyssey by Homer, it was here that Ullysses met the Sirens.
- Limoncello Farm and Special Evening Dinner- Italian lemon liquor made from the zest of lemons produced in the Sorrentine peninsula. It is used as an after dinner digestivo. Enjoy fresh farm to table supper.
- Italian Cooking Class and Dinner– Learn to prepare an authentic Italian meal and share it together as a community
- Positano and Amalfi Coast Scenic Drive. A 50 km stretch of coastline with sheer cliffs and rugged shoreline. The Amalfi Drive winds past grand villas, terraced vineyards, and cliffside lemon groves. You are in for the ride of your life!
- Boat Trip to Ischia Island or Capri Island
- Ischia is a volcanic island in the gulf of Naples, known for its mineral rich thermal waters. Hot springs bubble up at some of the beaches!
- Or a Boat trip around Capri’s dramatic cove-studded coastline. This island in the bay of Naples is famous for shopping, handmade leather sandals and the Blue Grotto. You can ride a ski lift to the island’s highest point called Monte Solaro.

Cancellation Policy:
- $500 deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.
- Cancelled 3 months notice: Balance (minus deposit) is 50% returned
- Cancelled less than three months (but over 1 month) 25% returned
- No refunds will be issued for retreats cancelled with less than 30 days notice.
COVID – 19 Information:
- All travelers must show proof of negative covid test within 72 hours of arrival in Italy.
- All travelers should be vaccinated prior to travel.
- All vaccinated travelers must bring vaccination card
If not vaccinated:
- Italy mandates a minimum of 5 day quarantine upon arrival in Italy.
- May not be able to participate in excursions, restaurant experiences etc. (due to Italy vaccination mandates)
