Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • 1 TBSP Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Lime or Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP sweetener (dates or raisins)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Sea Salt or 1 1/2 TBSP Tamari
  • 1 tsp serrano pepper, diced (optional)
  • 1/3 Cup Water

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Large mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Blend the nut butter, ginger, lime juice,sweetener, garlic, salt, pepper and water until smooth.
  2. Add more water to desired thickness.
  3. Toss with vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
