Thai Peanut Sauce
- 1 Blender
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- 1 TBSP Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 1/2 TBSP Lime or Lemon Juice
- 2 TBSP sweetener (dates or raisins)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 TBSP Sea Salt or 1 1/2 TBSP Tamari
- 1 tsp serrano pepper, diced (optional)
- 1/3 Cup Water
- Blend the nut butter, ginger, lime juice,sweetener, garlic, salt, pepper and water until smooth.
- Add more water to desired thickness.
- Toss with vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
