raw cashews
(soaked for at least 1 hour)

fresh mint

baby spinach

coconut ice
(freeze coconut water in ice cube trays)

Lemon Juice

tsp
camu powder
optional (this has lots of Vitamin C to stimulate collagen production)
water to desired texture
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour into a beautiful glass.
