Asian Sauce

I like using a Vitamix blender!

Equipment

  • 1 Vitamix blender
  • measuring spoons
  • Measuring Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Olive oil (or Udos or flax oil) (optional to ass 2 tsp toasted sesame oil)
  • 2/3 Cup Orange Juice
  • 3 TBSP White miso
  • 2 TBSP Tamari
  • 2 inches Fresh Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 TBSP Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Cayenne

Instructions
 

  • BLend all aboe indredients in a blender (Vitamix).

Notes

This sauce is good to put on steamed vegetables or raw vegetables. If you are going to put it on raw vegetables. You can cut up 1 cup broccoli, 1 diced red pepper, 1 cup shredded purple cabbage, 1 cup carrots shredded, 1 cup bean sprouts, and if you like some cilantro chopped. Marinate the veggies and the sauce for 1 hour for maximum yumminess.
