When sipping this .. slowly repeat the affirmation "I am refreshed!"

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 2 chopped cucumbers (peeled if not organic)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP basil
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 2 cups ice

Equipment

  • Vitamix or High Powered blender

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients until smooth.
  2. Sip slowly and enjoy!
