dried shitakes

tamari

kombu seaweed

water
Instructions
Combine the shitakes, tamari, kombu and water in a large stockpot over hight heat.
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
Strain, cool and store for use as needed
