Black Bean Brownies

Dessert doesn't have to be unhealthy, try this vegan and gluten-free brownie recipe for a change of taste!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Mist a non-stick 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a food processor, add beans and pulse 10-15 minutes
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except the oats and chocolate chips, to the food processor.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick is cleanly removed.
