Heart Healthy Bean Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked black beans, drained
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Let hummus sit for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy with veggies, crackers, or corn chips!
