Holiday Joy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3-4 dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter and tahini until smooth.
  2. Add cacao powder, maple syrup, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix together until you have reached a smooth paste.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in hemp seeds.
  5. Store in refrigerator until serving.
