Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Equipment

  • 1 Glass Mixing Bowl
  • measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1-2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 1//4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and spices in a glass mixing bowl.
  • Once mixed in a smooth consistency add chia seeds.
  • Refridgerate for 3-4 hours
