Pumpkin Chia Pudding

This recipe is high in antioxidants and fiber. It is a GREAT fall treat!

1 Glass Mixing Bowl

- 1 cup Milk (of your choice)
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1-2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1//4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
Combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and spices in a glass mixing bowl.
Once mixed in a smooth consistency add chia seeds.
Refridgerate for 3-4 hours
