ENERGY BITES

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup hemp protein
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 9 soaked dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Grind almonds and flax seeds in coffee grinder or Vitamix.
  • Add ingredients to small mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Roll into small balls.
  • Roll balls in coconut.
