Holiday Joy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3-4 dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter and tahini until smooth.
  • Add cacao powder, maple syrup, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix together until you have reached a smooth paste.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in hemp seeds.
  • Store in refrigerator until serving.
