Chocolate Chip Mint NICE Cream

In this recipe we use only natural sugar from the banana so we don’t overeat and have food cravings. Let face it we all want to eat sweet foods but we don’t have to eat ones that make us feel yucky and guilty. After all we are designed to enjoy the sweetness of fruits. We are using mint to enhance the flavor for its freshness and it is also good for calming your emotions, uplifting your spirit and soothing your digestion.

Equipment

  • Vitamix or High Powered blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe frozen bananas
  • 8 mint leaves (from your garden if possible) or 1 TBSP strong mint tea (chilled if possible)
  • 1/2 chilled avocado or 10 soaked raw cashews
  • 1-2 TBSP Enjoy Life Chocolate Chip or cocoa nibs (If you want to avoid all refined sugars)

Optional

  • 1 E3Live Blue Green Algae capsule (for color and extra vitality)

Instructions
 

  • Combine Banana, Mint & Avocado
  • Blend SLOWLY until smooth (this may take time - be careful of adding too much liquid)
  • After blended well add chocolate
