Learn how to make your own fermented foods In this beginner fermentation class you learn simple methods to create a variety of recipes to give you healthy, probiotic-rich foods in your own kitchen. Fermentation is used in every culture, fermentation preserves food as well as aiding in digestion, helps with weight management and enhancing immunity.
This is our first in-person cooking class since the pandemic. It is fully interactive, you will make you your own ferment to use at home. Class size is limited, so sign up early.
